We had a GREAT Holiday Season!

The Children's Lifesaving Foundation had another amazing Holiday Season! We had a wonderful time at our Malibu Holiday Jubilee (which you read about  HERE in this  wonderful article by Nancy Sagona of the Malibu Times, and this awesome one in the Malibu Surfside Newsby Barbara Burke  )  honoring our great friends, Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo! Mayor Lou La Monte was on hand to kindly present them with a special commendation from the City of Malibu, too! Thank you to Dick & Arlene Van Dyke for stopping by to help us honor them, our amazing volunteers, Ali & Olivia Thonson for the greatest crafts ever, our performers Jonathon Forrester, Jilliane Wagner, Ren Martinez, Parker Theory & Friends, Jack Littman, and CLF kids Anais & Raziel- who performed a traditional Mexican dance for us! Thank you as well to our amazing sponsors-TrueCar, California Supply, KAYO, Grindstone Entertainment & the Malibu Kiwanis Club, and our friends who purchased tickets! Also- we couldn't do it without friends like JAKKs Pacific, who donated over 500 brand new toys- making it possible for each child to receive 6 to 8 new gifts in a great gift bag! The rest of the Season was busy with organizing gift drop-offs and Toy Drives-to agencies like Para Los Ninos, Homeboy Industries and Midnight Mission, as well as to a special volunteer effort coordinated by local friends in downtown at Skid Row, for over 300 homeless friends.  SO MANY great thanks to Juan Cabrillo, Webster, Pt Dume Marine Science elementary schools, @agapespiritualcenter and #ActionAgape, Bright Beginnings Preschool, and of course- JAKKs PACIFIC TOYS-for running amazing toy drives and donating amazing gifts to our Project Angel Wings Holiday Program! We are so honored to do this work along with all of our wonderful friends...! Happy New Year to you all...:)
