Congrats to CLF Shining Stars Scholar College Graduate-Yael Juarez-who graduated from San Jose State University this week! Yael has been a part of our Care through College Program since 2006, has been a recipient of many Shining Stars Scholarships. and has participated in many of our programs since that time.

WE COULD NOT BE MORE PROUD OF HER! GO YAEL! We cannot WAIT to see what she will do next…xo
