The Children's Lifesaving Foundation's (CLF) Pledge and Plunge Challenge is an online fundraising activity involving you making a Pledge to the CLF (in any amount) in honor of or in memory of, anyone who has had a MAJOR IMPACT on your LIFE, then jumping into any body of water (pool, lake or ocean!) fully-clothed, and having someone film you doing this, and posting it to your social media! Here are the easy instructions:
Get someone to film you jumping into any body of water FULLY-CLOTHED (pool, lake, ocean, creek-you name it! You can even do this off a boat or a dock-but a pool is great, too!)
Into the camera, say the AMOUNT you are pledging to the CLF in HONOR or IN MEMORY OF (someone who has passed, and/or who has greatly influenced your life!)
Take the PLUNGE and jump! Keep the camera rolling, and when you are in the water, NOMINATE THREE FRIENDS, and ONE CELEBRITY OR SPORTS STAR TO TAKE THE PLUNGE, AS WELL!
*And please don't forget: Post your video onto your social media, and TAG!
@childrenslife #clfpledgeandplunge #doingitfor________ plus tag the Instagram handle of your THREE FRIENDS/FAMILY MEMBERS, then don't forget-that of your FAVE celeb or sports star! (ex: @gwynethpaltrow, @saquonbarkley , etc)
