THANKSGIVING DAY AT THE HOUSE OF BLUES!

Each Thanksgiving Day since 1994, we organize and invite well over 1,000 homeless families to the House of Blues in West LA for an incredible Thanksgiving Gospel Brunch, hosted and organized by the wonderful staff & management there, and an amazing Gospel Show, produced By Sylvia St. James and her band.

Families come from over 14 local area missions, shelters, transitional housing facilities and group homes to participate in this extraordinary day, and hundreds of volunteers, including the House of Blues own wait and cook staff, donate their time for the day.

HOLIDAY EVENTS

Cool Holiday parties are hosted EVERY December!

Each child at the parties is given an amazing bag filled with BRAND NEW toys, gifts and clothes, personally delivered by Santa, and treated to a FULL DAY of dancing, Deejays and games, great take-home crafts, holiday treats, In-N-Out Burger and catered lunches, and

lots and lots of holiday fun!

   WHO ARE THE SANTAS?

Over 5,000 additional items of BRAND NEW toys, gifts, and clothing are donated from amazing friends who hold toy drives, such as the wonderful children and families at Juan Cabrillo, Webster and Pt. Dume Marine Science Elementary Schools, the Agape International Spiritual Center, and different local area companies, as well as companies & organizations such as Disney, JAKK’s Pacific, Mattel, MGA, OSEA Skincare, Planet Blue, and  20th Century Fox- who donate boxes of brand new toys, clothes and gifts. These brand new donations are used in our HUGE gift bags for our Holiday events! Additional toys from our events are hand-delivered at the end of December to local-area and downtown shelters and agencies serving the homeless.
